Forget spreadsheets, complicated applications, or handwritten requests. Acutario is a cloud-based application that allows you to manage absences, holidays, and sick leaves. Filter by date or team to see availability at a glance. You can assign users to groups or teams in your organization dynamically. Each user can have different holidays and per-year-free days. Absence requests must first be approved by each team's managers. Our integration with Google Apps allows you to use the same user accounts as Google Calendars in your company. Using iCalendar Standard (.ics,.ical), you can subscribe to absence calendars using any compatible application or calendar service. Users can request absences by marking the calendar with the dates and notifying their managers. Managers can quickly decide if a user is eligible for time off by using the timeline. All parties are notified and the time off days marked on the organization calendar.
