I was struck by the job position you posted:

"Skills: Must have 5 years bludgeoning, 2 years HR, 8 years Java coding, 5 years DNS/BIND, 5 years MS Server 2003, MBA"

I'm pretty certain that bludgeoning is redundant with at least two of the other requirements you listed.
