Journal pudge's Journal: McCain is Too Ignorant to be President? 9
Many on the left are trying to make the argument that John McCain is too ignorant about foreign policy to be President because he conflates "Shiite" and "Sunni."
While this is not unimportant, I humbly submit that neither Clinton nor Obama seem to be aware of the fact that most of their proposals for domestic policy -- most particularly, universal health care -- clearly violate the Tenth Amendment, and that understanding the Constitution and respecting the rights of the people of the United States is a lot more important to being President than understanding the differences between various Muslim sects.

Of course, Congress is letting him get away with it, but that doesn't make it any more legal.

I'm pretty sure McCain-Feingold violates at least the First.
Which is not to say I wouldn't enormously prefer McCain to anyone with a (D) after their names.)
Agreed. My point here is not that "only Democrats" or "only these two" violate the Constitution. My point is that the Democratic Party, almost in its entirety, is BASED on violating the Constitution.
By the way, I'd also submit that Hilary and Obama are ignorant of the fact that their proposals for domestic policy just don't work, economically.
Agreed. :-)

Agreed there, too.
What's the diff? (Score:2)
Shiite are like Catholic (they have a central leader)
Sunni are like Protestant (they have many individual leaders)
I just wish they call can tell the difference between Islam and Muslim (it's strictly a word use, like Christianity and Christian)
Also there is a difference between Malaysian, Persian and Arab. Mix that further with Shiite/Sunni.
Think melting-pot.
