She was Working, I Thought I was on a Date (LONG) about my encounter with Stephen Glass, er, Eve Fairbanks of The New Republic is being "Instalanched" (new term for me, groovy) in Glenn Reynold's Blog as I type:

"SHE WAS WORKING, I thought I was on a date:" A Slashdot journalist fact-checks a story from The New Republic on conservative dating sites -- as he says he was one of those who was, um, dated.
