The whole reason why the gender needs to be specified is that lumps that are supposed to be there apparently can't be distinguished from lumps of explosives.

How would you propose the scanner automatically determine the gender of the person being scanned?
How much more proof do they need? They found an iPhone with a chess computer running under his account hidden in the bathroom he ran to after every move. Even in a court of law, which this isn't, that's a pretty solid case.
It sounds like they solve this problem by buying a Netflix subscription and a VPN subscription.
And a NZ version of Netflix just started, which actually has better content than the US (just less of it). They have things like Frozen and the first 2 Hobbit movies, which aren't available on US Netflix.
I just don't take Acetaminophen anymore. I can't say that it ever helped pain for me. Besides, it kills cats.

He never answers YOUR prayers. He answers mine quite a bit.
The Bible says, "Therefore confess your sins to each other and pray for each other so that you may be healed. The prayer of a righteous person is powerful and effective." James 5:16
"This is the confidence we have in approaching God: that if we ask anything according to his will, he hears us." 1 John 5:14
in that instance, the church was part of the genocide.
And the above quote is even more egregious. I don't recall the 18th century pope saying, "Go kill all the Indians". I don't even recall any religious figure saying it. Political figures and opportunists, yes.
FCC, all by itself, asserted its authority over the Internet, which they have no statutory authority over.
With the Telecommunications Act of 1996, Congress gave the FCC the power to: “promote competition in the local telecommunications market”.
Communications Act of 1934, Title II, the second subsection (202) clearly states that common carriers can’t “make any unjust or unreasonable discrimination in charges, practices, classifications, regulations, facilities, or services.”
Using #1, they classified ISPs as #2. Seems OK to me.
