Air is 5 ppm helium and 15 ppm neon. Neon lifts balloons too, but we don't use it because it's too expensive to recover from the air, and recovering helium is even more inefficient.

NOTHING is a concern over geological time periods! The Sun will eventually swallow the Earth- but nobody seems to care too much. Helium depletion on Earth will be a blip on a geological time scale, but during that blip helium will be just a memory to several thousand generations.

Not everyone needs cars. Just pointing that out. Where I live many people don't have or need cars, because public transportation is so well developed. The public transportation uses electricity, which reduces the amount of pollution in the city center, and the electricity itself is created through environmentally-friendly means.

No. The Party put them in office; the "people" didn't really have a choice. Here's how it works:

1. The Party (doesn't matter which one, R or D) gerrymanders the district so that the other party has no chance
2. The Party chooses a crook to run under its flag.
3. Nobody else runs because they can't possibly win
4. Since only the Party Crook is on the ballot, he wins because half the "people" are too stupid to abstain or write in somebody

You might try to argue "well the people need to be smarter then," but you have to remember that the people are A) stupid to begin with and B) bombarded with propaganda and indoctrination from birth specifically designed to make them forget they have choices.

You do realise that flight attending was initially a women-only job by corporate regulation (due to prevailing social attitudes at the time of its inception, many of which have since been demonstrated to be damaging to society as a whole), which caused it to be associated as a "feminine" career? There is nothing intrinsically "feminine" about it. As for such a niche career such as fashion design, I don't know much about it to comment.
