But the other horses father owns the racetrack,
and he is allowed start to ahead of the rest of us,
and he is on trailer being pulled with a racing car,
and the line judges are his friends,
and we are not allowed to run to fast, because of some rules only applying to horses that do not ride trailers.
The other horses father also owns the TV station showing the race and has banned journalists that asked why the game seems unfair.

It is starting to be clear that the privacy settings offered by Apple is pretty outstanding compared to the Android,
which seems to be a data sharing party for Google/Meta/Tiktok/Uber/MS/Amazon etc.
Basically, pay Apple tax for the HW and you get more control over the Applications that run on your phone.
Buy an cheaper Android phone and you are paying with your data integrity.

Suckerman wanting me NOT to buy Apple seems like a pretty good selling point in times like these.

This! To sell a phone, all mobile manufacturer was almost fully dependent on the mobile carrier.
Remember that you did not direclty buy a phone, you bought a overpriced mobile subscription that included a phone.
I remember implementing mobile carrier demands, while thinking, no user wants this.
Then Apple did a computer that could also call, which had finger touch screen and nothing was the same again.

One way I see Firefox gaining popularity is if it would help the user do things that the user wants, and not what the website wants.
Example:
By default Click to remove the ads at the exact moment youtube allows you.
While looking at an item on Amazon, it should find the manufacturers direct homepage.
Apple/Google App store, suggest the free apps that does exactly what you want it to do, instead of the paid suggested once
Block ads and tracking by default (I think this is on)
