Call me whatever you want - it doesn't change the fact that Canada has NOT a shred of proof that India orchestrated that murder. Even baby Trudeau admitted as much - "We have intelligence, not hard proof. We have asked India to investigate, but they keep asking us for details on the intelligence. We can't share it because that would compromise the intelligence!"
That whole line is like this: "You are a thief. I have no proof you have stolen anything, but a little birdie told me. You need to look in your house, find proof that you stole something, then come back and apologize for stealing."
The fact that you actually believe this shows off how much of a racist you are: "I believe Canada because their leaders are familiarly white and English speaking, but I will not believe India because they are brown and speak no English."
Oh cmon! India leaned towards the Russians only AFTER the American invited Pakistan into CENTO and SEATO and gave them planes and arms. India, at least initially, tried to remain fair to both sides, but the Americans, as usual, had the same BS model - if you ain't with us, you're against us.
Oooh! You got me, pardner! Hold me closer, Ed, it's getting dark. Tell Auntie Em to let Old Yeller Out. Tell Tiny Tim I won't be coming home this Christmas. Tell Scarlett I do give a damn.
And this is exactly what the Indian courts said to Wikipedia, but they believed they were above the law.
India has to deal with this earlier too - Twitter had decided it did not need to adhere to take-down notices from India, until it was stared down by the Indian government and the Indian courts. Effing Americans think they can do business in a country without adhering to its laws, just like the Brits used to think selling opium in China was OK because the Chinese governments ban on opium was interference with free trade.
Imagine, for a moment, that the British courts had warned wikipedia of the dangers of libel and slander, then directed it to unlock the offending pages to fix aforesaid slander. Would the reaction of the denizens of this fair site be the same? No! You think I am being racist - sure, I may have been, but just leaning 10% in the opposite direction as the white boys. Bear with me as I prove this:
In another story on the same site, Canada's intelligence agencies decided that India is an adversarial state, based on the assumption that Indian state agencies have caused the death of a known Khalistani terrorist called Nijjar. Notice that Canada has been able to furnish ZERO proof - just that Trudeau's 'intelligence' agencies have said so. Then Trudeau's NSA leaks to WaPo that they believe that India'ss Home Minister is behind the killing of Nijjar. Again, no proof, just news and leaks and 'intelligence'. And about that intelligence - when the Indians ask for that intelligence, they're told it cant be shared because *waves hands*.
Imagine for a moment that the tables were turned - the leader of a nation of brown or yellow people comes out with news that the USA killed one of their citizens on their own soil. The USA claims that they did not do this and asks for proof. The yellow people say - no proof, but we have 'intelligence' and you can't see it because 'handy wavy'. Would this have made Slashdot news? Or would WaPo publish that drivel? Would 'The Paper of Record' assume that the yellow leader speaks the truth?
And yet, because Canada said this moronic shit about India, it made the news - it should have been laughed out; Trudeau should've been laughed out! Was it laughed out? No!
Quod erat demonstrandum - it is a white boy club, made for them, made by them, made of them. With Japan being the 'nominated' white boy ("the G7 retains its relevance as a "steering group for the West", with special significance appointed to Japan".)
Yup, just like China pays you to propagate its viewpoint and steal American tech and send over to them.
The Indian Supreme Court is actually more independent than the US Supreme Court - the judges are chosen by a collegium of judges and the only role that the government has is to rubber stamp the choices - it can delay the rubber stamp for 6 months, but cannot really do much more than that. Compare with the US, where the SC judges are 'selected' by the executive and 'approved' by Congress.
Now, wrt the ethnic cleansing charge on Modi and his cohort, the Supreme Court looked into those charges, figured it needed an independent investigation, appointed a Special Investigative Tribunal, got the report, and found that the report was extremely detailed and very well done. The SIT found no proof that Modi had any role to play in the riots (2012-2013)
People appealed to the Court, which looked again at the report, again found that it was detailed and covered all possible angles, and then rejected the appeals.
And you, sitting in America, reading the same mainstream media that once pushed stories of Weapons of Mass Destruction, believe you know more than the completely independent body that looked into those accusations for more than a decade.
As for India being up there when it comes to terrorism - you white boys sponsored Bin Laden and gang AND Pakistan when it was convenient for you, even when India suffered collateral damage in Kashmir. When Bin Laden went after you, suddenly he was the bad boy, but Pakistan was still good. When you got tired of being involved, you ran off and suddenly Pakistan is a gutter state. And all these years when you played around, India continued to suffer collateral damage. But go on - keep believing India harbors and sponsors terror, while the white-boy West is a poor victim.
Oh there are plenty of parallels between them!
India had presented proof that Nijjar should be extradited to face charges in India.
Just like Canada ignored proof that multiple terrorists are operating on its soil, including people who are in its law enforcement teams.
Canada ignored the proof, just like it ignored the proof that Nijjar's gurus were deeply involved in the Air India-Kanisha bombing - when India asked Canada to extradite Talwinder Parmar for the bombing, Papa Trudeau ignored the extradition treaty and did not send him over.
Both Canada and US ignore open threats by dual-citizen (US and Canada) Panun that Air India flights will be bombed - apparently threats to non-white countries are a-ok, because "freedom of speech, rah rah"!
Canada, without proof (even Trudeau admits the lack of proof openly), accuses Indian ministers of causing the killing of Nijjar. Canada, without proof, says that Indian forces murdered Nijjar.
When asked to present proof, they say - we have intelligence but no proof- we want you, the Indians, to collect the proof.
Amazing - I accuse you of stealing, and when you ask for proof, I say "someone told me you have stolen goods, so please check your house, find the stolen goods, and then come over and apologize." Would've worked 20 years ago, white boy - not any more.
As for that "ethnic Indian woman", ah well, she identifies as Black, refuses to talk about the ethnic cleansing of Kashmiri Hindus, ignores the ongoing oppression of Hindus in Bangladesh, and does not even wish people a Happy Diwali. She's what Americans call an Uncle Tom...
Around 0.1 percent.
Since i work in call center security, I am aware that MOST scam call centers are in the US. India is either third or fourth in the list.
Because that is what ANI asked initially -
They wanted the right to remove the libel so they asked Big Wiki that the locks be removed - Big Wiki refused - claiming editorial process.
Then ANI wanted the names and IP addresses of the editors in order to sue them. Big Wiki refused, claiming privacy.
Then ANI went to the courts, asking that Big Wiki be forced to change the page and the courts agreed with ANI - Big Wiki refused to honor that decree.
Then ANI upped the ante and asked for editor identities, guess what Big Wiki said? Yes, it refused.
And now every white boy from the west supports Big Wiki, claiming free speech, free trade, free enterprise, free community, free love, free dom!
Actually, Wikipedia does operate in India. It regularly runs donation drives in India, where payments can be made in Rupees, thru UPI, which works only with Indian bank accounts. I know because I donate.
Its super convenient isn't it - I operate in India when I want to collect money, but when I have to comply with the law, suddenly I have no operations in India...
Then Wikipedia should share the identities, as it knows them, with the courts. And the IP addresses they use. It refuses to do so, claiming free speech and privacy issues. Which is such BS.
