There are lots of technical jobs in Europe, but many people are trained in the wrong fields. One of my nephews with a masters degree in business, retrained as an electrician and is now making lots of money installing A/C units in shops. Another nephew retrained as a gas turbine pump mechanic and now does very well with a gas distribution company.
