Fond du Lac, Wisconsin, is a small city at the south end of Lake Winnebago - about halfway between Milwaukee and Green Bay. It seems that someone has been stealing toilet paper from the Fond du Lac City County Government Center since some time in June. This desperado has been getting away with SIX ROLLS A WEEK! Oh, my. And now everyone knows. :-)
