As a married man :-) Yeah, okay, that subject was quite lame, eh?

Well, everything went well. I thank all of you for the kind congratulations. I was really moved by that. Hehe, and you know you married the right woman when she says "why don't you post our pictures to slashdot?". Don't ya think?
Oh, and this ring thing is really awkward...

Now, let's just say that I'm following my wifes advice:

    • Thanks Organized Konfusion :-) It's been a while I've seen you around, or am I mistaken? (a few beers are in my system). Personally I think they overdid a bit on the makeup for her. Apparently it was very decent. (That's what I've been told... I just love her without makeup *grin*)

      • yeah its true i have been busy, if you have a phone number let me know (kotechr2@aston.ac.uk) because i am extremeyly drunk and i am having trouble typing. i have more than a few beers in my system too.

        I'm a great believeer in girls without makeup too, but if it makes them feel good then what the hell.

        look how time flies, i remember the je when you first met and who;d have thought you would come this far. All the best to both of you, I wish I meet my soulmate at somepoint soon... you are a very lucky

            • Hehe... Sure... But consider how expensive it is for most people to call me. It's a cellphone, not a fixed one.

              I can also change my number if I want. So, if it gets bad, it finally would be time to take a "cool" number instead of this random one I got.

              As from experience, we already know that SMS and MMS don't work internationally. At least not US to Europe, and I tried exchanging SMS and MMS with tuxette (really closer to home) and it didn't work either.

        • Hey, isn't *she* supposed to take my name? Eh? ;-) Seriously, I am not planning any name changes. I won't become "SmilingMan" or "SmilingGuy", and she will not becoem BoTS (Bride of The Shark), not SharkGirl or SmilingShark (thought that last one sounds somehow funny). We'll keep it as it is in order to keep out confusion. I'm jawtheshark and she's SmilingGirl (note capitalization).

          After all, "ElastiGirl" didn't become "IncrediWoman" after marrying "Mr Incredible", did she? :-D

  • I just had my ninth wedding anniversary. It is a very nice thing, sharing my life with my help-mate. :-)

    May your days be pleasant, your nights better, and the years to come generate lots of happy memories.

      But still, how are you doing after the whole bluefairy saga?

      • I'm doing well, thanks. I still get an occasional phone call from her mother trying to figure things out, but I'm doing okay. Two weeks ago, she finally came over and picked up blue's things. I had been storing them here since March. Soon I hope to repaint that room and move my computers back in there.
