Private client info is exactly what they're selling... because it's NOT private client info. It's private company info the bankrupt company owns.
Sorry gang. If you worked there and generated documents that identify you, those are in the same class.
The bankruptcy trustee is bound to turn whatever they can into cash to settle the debts.
It's a set of rules I don't like, but until the controls of government can be yanked back from the oligarchs the masses worship, those rules aren't gonna change.
And if you work for some company and bet the stock is gonna pay you like gold-in-them-thar-hills, you're supporting those rules.
