No.

But then again, I think I'm one of those out there that has natural immunity to covid. I've never (knocks wood) had a bout of it....if I did, it was asymptomatic....therefore likely as not didn't need the shot.

I'm not speaking out against vaccines....I'm just saying there appear to be some serious side effects on people out there and should be acknowledged and researched rather than suppressed.

All of the people who supported it, from monopolists to lobbyists to activists caused harm.

Ai is undoing it all. Not piece by piece but all at once.

One of the first things they asked me was if I had recently had the covid mRNA shot and I said yes.

They said they'd seen this reaction a few times....

Thankfully about a month later the paralysis and all disappeared and face was back to normal, but was scary.

There's a quick way to fix this.

Let's finally enact laws that make hiring illegals SO ONERUS that no US employer would dare hire them.

Dry up the market for illegals and they'll leave....and then US citizens can take those jobs, that housing,, possibly lower taxes to keep from paying inflated education and safety net expenses.....

Just FYI, I have a TON of firearms and not one of them in all my decades of ownership have spontaneously jumped up and injured anyone in any fashion whatsoever.

For the life of me, unless one is extremely rich I cannot imagine why anyone, especially a family with kids would want to live in NYC.

If you're rich and young ok maybe it's a blast to live and party there, but for real life? Nah.

If that's how you want it, it's a free country, but that's not something I'll ever vote for, in fact if it's in MY area, I'll actively vote and campaign against such measure.

Well, unfortunately with 12-20+ million illegals in the US, in sweeps you're going to get some false positives.

So, far the numbers seem to be low and once identified US citizens are quickly released.

Sucks, but due to the size of the problem, statistics come into effect.

None of these people have been shot that I've heard of....

The 2x people that made the news...were not being apprehended for being an illegal in the US, they were actively trying to impede US federal officers from doing their duty...that alone puts you into danger.

The lady shot in the car trying to run the officer over...100% justified. If she's not been there or not been using her car as a blocker or, finally, as a weapon....nothing would have ever happened to her.

The guy that got shot...VERY possibly not a clean shot I'll grant you.

From what I can tell....he was struggling with law enforcement....one officer took his weapon and at that point, that Sig had an errant fire...that model is KNOWN to fire at the wrong time...almost spontaneously.

This is unfortunate in that, at the same time in that struggle, a cop yells gun....a round is fired (misfired from the removed weapon)....but in that split second the cops thought the suspect shot and they "returned fire" ....that the suspect did not fire.

very sad and likely actionable against law enforcement....BUT, his deaths, pretty much entirely his fault.

He was not passively, peacefully protesting...he was fighting with them...and he put himself into jeopardy without having to do so.

I still blame him, but for the cops that shot hime, a horrible mistake that is understandable how it happened, but likely needs to be investigated carefllly and some sort of punishment meted out.

But no...peaceful protesters and illegals just minding their business are NOT being slaughtered for no reason.

If that were the case....you'd have many more than 2x front page news shootings.

To use your own words...."YOU KNOW THIS".

Why do you prefer an S-corp?

Because with a LLC, ALL of your bill rate is subject to employment taxes (SS and Medicare).

With a S-Corp you can legally bypass this.

Example, say you have a S-Corp you are sole employee and President/owner.

You have a bill rate that comes out to $100K a year.

You pay yourself a "reasonable salary"...let's say $40K as an employee. Out of that $40K you do the normal payment of employer and employee employment taxes (SS and Medicare)...

You pay yourself "dividends" of the remaining $60K.

At end of year you pay personal taxes on the remaining $60K, but you save yourself paying the considerable employment taxes on that $60K.

Yes, it's more paperwork but can be worth it, depending upon how much you're billing through your company.....

Hope that helps. There are other benefits, but that's the main one I ran one for.....
