Finally released from jail. Apparently she's going to sing after all. It's all over the news so I'm not going to bother with a link.
No matter what source you refer to these days, roughly half the people will hate your source, accusing it of bias and rejecting it as valid. Go find your own so you can't complain

Not every day these days you see a journalist go to jail.
I'm surprised more people didn't go ballistic over the jailing. So many people seem to confuse "freedom of the press" with "freedom to do/say/report whatever the hell the journalists want without regard to the law".

Apparently not: that's the weird thing. From the AP [ap.org] report: "Libby's attorney, Joseph Tate, says he and his client released Miller to testify more than a year ago. Tate said he was surprised when her attorneys again asked for a release in the last few weeks."
It seems she was the holdout, not Libby - which seems odd. Then again, her whole

My best guess is attention seeking on her part - before this, who had actually hear of her? Now, she's made herself literally front-page news, just by keeping her mouth shut for a while and spending a few weeks in Club Fed. Career-wise, this doesn't look at all bad for her.
