Submission + - Oracle loses Itanium case, owes $3 billion to HP (indiatimes.com)

drainbramage writes: HP had an agreement with Oracle for software for the Itanium processor. Sometime after HP sunsetted the series Oracle stopped developing for that processor.
HP sued Oracle saying their agreement held even though HP had stopped development and was dropping production.
HP won.

drainbramage writes: I'm sick of those robocalls trying to get personal info. They ignore the do-not-call list and my requests to not call me.
I have begun to waste their time by coming up with random questions, but this also wastes my time.
Why can't something like Elica (or Siri) be interfaced to my phone?
Anyone using their Linux box as a phone answering machine have an idea?
