A fifth grade "science" teacher has been caught indoctrinating his students on the conspiracy theory that the moon landings never happened.
Apparently, standards for teaching grade school science in public schools in the U.S. have slipped since I took it in the 1980s!
According to the article, the teacher didn't specifically say that the moon landings didn't happen, but he did "teach the controversy," explaining how they were "scientifically impossible."
The kid said he "can't wait to learn about flat Earth in Physics in a few years." Kidding.
