Yep, however it's only when it fail catastrophically.
Coal plants are basically a constant catastrophe until you turn em off.
If every nuclear power plant on the planet went as bad as chernobyl, it would take 10-20 years to the regular operation of the coal power plants to catch up with in number of deaths.

Stupid ideas know no race, sex or economical class, they can and will happen to anyone and everyone, and hopefully they will survive it, and if they don't, well, the darwin awards could always use a new participant.
From thieves that think it's a good idea to try to steal the steel beams holding the ceiling to billionaires in a tin can that think they're above the laws of physics, the game is open to everyone.

Any form of system that centralize the power too much ends up being a failure, including "free market" capitalism.
But you're not even allowed to think on it, as soon you start to design anything new, they will just toss you on the commie bucket and enforce it as "the opposite system". gotta avoid letting someone that know what a truck is (communism and socialism actually predate trucks) from creating a better, fairer system.

As long the AI thinks it is always right and never self check or correct, it's not truly "ready" for anything.
Specially when the failure mode is "as close as possible to the right answer" because it works by "the statistically more probable answer".
It's like a digital vegeta, but even worse.
