Journal Red Warrior's Journal: It's baaaack 7
Insomnia seems to run in my family, at least on my mom's side. I've dealt with it in the past, but have been largely free of it for the last couple of years.
Well, it's returned like a bad penny. A coincidence? Yeah, probably. There's nothing that I'm particularly stressed or worried about. Just normal day-to-day stuff. And like I said, it's common in my family. I've gone through it before. Just not in a while. And it was a lot less annoying when I was in my 20's to go on 4-5 hours sleep for weeks at a time.
I finally gave in and got some unisom the other day. So, I'll at least get a full night's sleep Sunday night. The downside? If I take Unisom, I will be OUT for 10+ hours. If the house burns down, I'll sleep right through it. I don't like that. OTOH, 4 hours a night is getting REALLY old.

Other than that, may I recommend trying to read a particularly dull book. Also works a treat for me, as does the odd bad movie: I fell asleep whilst watch Batman And Robin at the cinema no fewer than three times, much to the envy of my friends who sat through it without so much as yawning.
