Fascinating point. The linked ebay listing really drove it home.
I’m still not clear who they and them are. Mind linking some more ebay listings to clear it up?

It’s not that the aliens will need our knowledge. It’s that they have some record that we existed and some idea what we’re about.
I think it might be interesting to some very alien aliens.
Money well spent if you want to make an LLM that simulates lying humans and other LLMs.
Because every time some tech-lord drops out of college and becomes a success it’s fun to talk about.
But when Steve Jobs or Bill Gates dropped out of college it was at practically zero risk to themselves or their ability to graduate some day if they wanted to and they both had very real and concrete things going on, not some vague ideas.
This is really about keeping plebs uneducated before they’re exposed to Ayn Rand.
Totally. Spez was unprofessional enough to edit random people’s posts and they have gotten rid of troublesome subs in the past.
As the CEO of a publicly traded company he’d steamroll any sub that messed with share price.
One day someone will figure out how to make money with a giant forum full of anonymous users and boy oh boy your great grandchildren will wish you bought a piece of reddit.
It’s rare that I agree with you but yes this is really all that it takes. I will point out that a lot of people don’t understand this and it wasn’t normal in the place and time I grew up.
I saw the books at the bookstore so someone was buying them. It wasn’t something I saw pushed in schools, my school counselor talked about college a lot but never mentioned it. There was even talks about ACT and SAT testing. But the suggestion you head down to the library and check out a book never happened.
This may be true but the second they go on GPA people will game that shit so hard. Every subject mandatory of admission, with extra credit projects for kids not getting an A or B. Then 4.0 fingerpainting and PE.
I actually remember a teacher at our freshman pep talk giving this exact advice and anyone who followed his plan of all easy classes. Well they probably didn’t have a good time in hard college classes
I served with tons of foreigners ages ago.
So I guess you probably don’t know much about the military and should be the last person with opinions about how it should operate.
There are recent high school grads working at Amazon though.
TL;DR
Ok the ship I was on was an open mail relay and also had arp storms on the network requiring them to reboot their switches every night.
One of the ITs was casually telling me about it in the head and I suggested enabling STP. They didnt know what I was talking about or what ARP was.
There is an article here on slashdot around the same period where an aircraft carrier was also an open relay.
I’m not making shit up, they’re just bad.
Come on out and tell us you don’t exist!
This is true like everyone knows about and understands broken planes and it’s a lot harder to dismiss dead people from a risks and liability perspective.
