Journal M.C. Hampster's Journal: It's Over 8
I realize Bush doesn't have 270 yet, but it's coming. Looks like he has Ohio. He'll probably have MN too. He's gonna make it. I've been predicting within my circle of friends that Bush was going to win 52-48 in popular and 300+ electoral. It might happen if Bush can pick up a few other Kerry states like Wisconsin.
I'll be up all night until at least a couple of networks call the winner.

At this time, 269 for Bush, with New Mexico, Nevada, and Iowa likely going in the win colmn as well.
PLUS.....huge wins in the Senate and House. Looks like Daschle is going down at long last.

I was extremely pleased to see that it looks like Bush will take AZ by 11 points. Battleground state my ... behind. You in MY house!

Interesting to note that the vote difference between the two is 3,520,440 (so far). That is a nationwide 3.5million margin compared to the 2000 election margin of -543,895. Gotta love the Electoral college.
