Our project was put on hold to make a friggin demo which now may or may not be used cause it sucks. The SME/Project Manager has reversed himself on just about every single answer to our questions about what the app is supposed to do, keeps giving mandates about features the users won't care about while ignoring our requests for some clarifications on the core required functionality, and in the mean-time got the only person who openly questioned why we were going forward on stuff that only he understood demoted. And that's the lite stuff. A core piece of the app was promised to us as a black box, and it seems that it's dropped off his radar so it won't matter if we complete the rest of it, because the entire plan was based off of a milestone that won't be kept now.

Now upper management wants to know why we don't have much to show?
