Our project was put on hold to make a friggin demo which now may or may not be used cause it sucks. The SME/Project Manager has reversed himself on just about every single answer to our questions about what the app is supposed to do, keeps giving mandates about features the users won't care about while ignoring our requests for some clarifications on the core required functionality, and in the mean-time got the only person who openly questioned why we were going forward on stuff that only he understood demo
