Journal: If you want to talk to me, post here

Why doesn't Slashdot have a messaging service that members can use to contact eachother? Not all of us display our e-mail addresses and not everyone wants to use e-mail to contact random people from Slashdot. I guess Journal comments is about as close as it gets.
