Journal: Slashdot userstyle

While I generally like the new Slashdot design there are a couple of design ideas I'm not so keen on.

This userstyle makes it easier for me to read Slashdot in the way I've become accustomed.

Key Elements:

1. Makes the header scrollable
2. Removes the left sidebar
3. Remove the syndication icons from the slashboxes
4. Adds a more aggressive indentation to user comments. Hopefully making the comment tree easier to read.
