I've got the impression that blowing your nose hard would push mucus into the sinuses. But it's hard to avoid blowing altogether. If I'm badly blocked, I start with neti to get things flowing better. In fact I do Neti every morning anyway, but you can do it a few times a day if needed.

Clearly someone was boned to build an inference engine in 9 months. Training might take a while, but it'll be way more flexible than any GPU.

The Digital Euro isn't just another payment network. It's money issued by the European Central Bank, and so private banks cannot inflate it via fractional reserve lending. This is one reason why private banks oppose it. To me, it sounds like a welcome step back from debt-based money.

Good points. I'm no expert in the field, but I've taken master's level courses in the relevant math and physics. I particularly remember my math professor saying that no encryption has been mathematically proven safe. We only know the current schemes are safe insofar as nobody has published an attack yet.

We do know how to break certain classical encryption schemes with hypothetical quantum computers. This clearly doesn't mean other schemes will stay quantum-unbreakable forever, because people keep inventing new algorithms. So "quantum safe" only applies in a very limited sense, until the day they are broken.

I guess they meant it's not brown like shit, it's golden like pee. Or in other words something like, urine for a big surprise, because this is where shift happens.
