Elwood P Dowd's Journal: Video Jukebox Software?

What's the best video jukebox software? Something like iTunes, except that can actually play videos without crippling my otherwise extremely capable PC. Also, iTunes ignores the DVD ISOs that I've ripped, which makes it kindof useless for most of my media consumption needs. Alcohol 52% keeps a list of ISOs you've used, but doesn't grok other media.

Is there an all singing, all dancing video jukebox for any OS?

Take a look at VLC. Not just the normal player, but the browser plugin. You can also do clever things with the streaming server as well, but a simple web site might give you what you need.

The Core Media Player is what I have installed at home and on my PDA. At work I have Nero and WMP, but I use WMP for it's ability to minimize to the taskbar and still keep playing with a popup window.
