For what it's worth, I would be fine charging Pelosi and the entire Trump family for how they have abused their position. But I'm not going to hold my breath that any of these politicians will answer to the American People for what they have done with the power we granted to them.

Hawaiian eruption last a long time and the lava flows persist for years. That's a very different problem from Iceland. There is of course a very big attitude difference owing to the difference in culture. There is a practical side that it is easier to move people and build coffee shacks than divert a lava flow reliable for months or years, without it spilling over into someone's property and creating a legal nightmare. In Hawaii, if the lava is coming your way, you load up all the pets and kids into your truck and move out. That's how people always lived there, and it's something you basically accept when you live on a volcano that is sacred to the native culture.

Circumstantial and you wouldn't be able to, even in a civil court in the US, reliably win a case against an individual.
Even if the majority of people provably cheated, that doesn't translate into an automatic win in a court against an individual.

P.S. this is Mexico, so it's unlikely a court would even hear a case. It would be directed to the university tribunal, and I don't know UNAM's reputation but if I were a student I wouldn't expect a fair shake from a University when the outcome is so embarrassing for them.
