One of the attorneys I used to work with sends out a QOTD email so I'm going to forward this on to him. Since we just had a special vote over increasing taxes in Oregon for corporations and wealthy individuals it comes at a good time, too.

Yeah, Oregon really seems to have their shit together [blogspot.com] at the moment. Here's hoping some other states see what they're doing is working and maybe US recovery can start from the bottom up.
