Well, if the health insurance companies exist for the purpose of generating a profit, and the auto insurance companies do and so on and so on, then we do exist to feed them money.

Look, if monetary exchange happened between holders instantly, wouldn't this "economy" thing all collapse as a giant shell game that is dependent upon one thing for survival, growth?

Bullshit. He's either a help to the team or a risk to the team.

If he can't improve, there are others waiting to fill his place.

If he creates shit, it is likely that you will be responsible for maintaining it later.

Conduct code reviews - declare standards of "this shall not pass" as acceptable code.

If he keeps sucking, then this is a problem and it's his boss's duty to know about it and do something about it.

Comment Visually hideous (Score 1) 295

Simply put, the interface is visually hideous. The indicator that tells you which part(s) of the screen you can drag to resize the window are missing, the look and fonts are different from every other part of the Mac interface and the precedent it set - and what people are used to.

The gradation looks like something done by a high school student in Photoshop.

It's just simply bad.
