Why would you think it's OK to have two or more vehicles side by side in the same lane when each one is entitled to the entirety of the lane? Would it be OK for two of those ridiculous "smart cars" to travel side by side in a single lane? Either the pedal-driven speedbump is a vehicle or it is not. No amount of spandex sophistry can make it simultaneously vehicle and non-vehicle.
