Dunno where you are, but I have noticed that in the US there's fewer saunas around in hotels etc, and they for some reason are freakin' cold.
Meanwhile, Northern Europe they are everywhere alongside IR saunas and/or roman baths, with a few countries also having them in many homes.
Heck, you can get portable saunas...
When I was in Automotive, convincing US manufacturers that JIT/JIS was the way to go was neigh impossible.
Pretty much the whole world uses it, but I can think of only a few places in the US who went to a full JIT (let alone JIS) setup.

Booked trip, host immediately tried to change price etc (city pretty booked due to intl event, easy scam).
I refused, told the host to cancel so I'm not stuck with fees etc.
Host refuses to cancel, since then he's not paid anything.
AirBnB? They are not picking up, no matter how I'm trying to contact them. Only option is to do a chargeback on the CC used for the original booking, which jeopardizes my replacement booking.
Lesson: Stay the fsck away from AirBnB

I live in the "capitol" of Europe (Brussels), and random outages, phone-lines randomly swapped around, regular drops in connection speeds, and max option is 100/15 MBits (seems recently upped from 50/15).
Unlimited data, unless you use more than 100GB/Month, then there's add-ons or throttled to 5Mbit.
Phone+inet+IPTV is delivered via copper (from a box down the road), and you can see the wiring dangling off of buildings even in the more well-off areas.
Oddly enough, when perfomance drops, visiting Speedtest.net brings it right back up
And $500 for a gaming PC is cheap.
