While I think it would be nice to donate organs and such, sometimes it's just not possible, and this man just needs to accept that or to come up with a way to make it possible.

Ahh I see after reading through the thread a 4th time that you may be right. When I read the ggp, I read he was going through his pockets looking for some candy to keep the device one. But if he was going through hit pockets looking to turn on other devices to use up excess glucose, then that indeed would be hyperglycemia. My apologies.

Submission + - Atlantis blasts off on final mission (theregister.co.uk) 1

shuz writes: Space shuttle Atlantis lifted off today on its STS-132 mission to the International Space Station — the final flight for the venerable vehicle.

The mission involves three spacewalks over 12 days, during which the team will replace six batteries on the port truss which store energy from solar panels on that truss, bolt on a spare space-to-ground Ku-band antenna and attach a new tool platform to Canada's Dextre robotic arm.

Submission + - Google's Nexus One Web store fails, Google says it

DigitalReverend writes: Today, Google announced that it is going to end its online-only sales of the Nexus One smartphone, start selling the Android-powered device through retail channels, and eventually stop selling phones in its Web store altogether.

Betanews reports: "While the global adoption of the Android platform has exceeded our expectations, the web store has not. It's remained a niche channel for early adopters, but it's clear that many customers like a hands-on experience before buying a phone, and they also want a wide range of service plans to chose from," Andy Rubin, Google's Vice President of Engineering said today.

Since the service that was denied "was the ability to administer the routers and switches of the FiberWAN" I figure that anyone who keeps me from getting to work on time in the morning by driving stupidly, or even a police officer who stops me along the way I can have them brought up on "Denial of Service" charges and maybe even making a tidy profit. Also I think Jason Chilton is an idiot.
