The mansion thing is likely either fake news or exaggerated. There is no paper-work tracing back to any mansions. Your gut feelings don't count.

All large org's have a roughly 15% rate of bad apples, including your fav orgs. If you claim their rate is higher, show the details and math. Otherwise, you look like a bigot to those educated in logic, statistics, and evidence.

Repent and do better.

The Tinted One would probably threaten to send cruise missiles after them to look "strong on law enforcement". Whether he would or not is hard to know with him. In the past, his staff often either talked him out of dodgy ideas, or found a way to distract him so that he forgot about it. However, in his second term, he has threatened to put in more loyalists, which we usually call "yesmen" (or "yespeople").

I suspect they'd talk him down into accepting "assassins" to whack the hackers instead. The problem is that such invites retaliation. Putin would crank up his window-fall-and-ricin campaign, now that he'd look justified, since "US does it also". But long-term consequences are not The Tinted One's forte, so he may dismiss the risk of retaliation.

But it would be satisfying in the short term see scammers and spammers get knocked around. The reptilian parts of our brains love that shit, and that's the parts The Tinted One is an expert at titillating.

It would have been cheaper to send 2 time-tested Apollo missions to have a crew of 5 than reinventing one big Orion. And 2nd would be an emergency backup: crowded but survivable.
