. I bought a 4 GByte USB stick today for $25 that probably has a single 32 Gbit (or maybe two 16 Gbit) NAND Flash devices, and I know that there are at least 16 GByte USB sticks available. So, this is a normal, evolutionary development, and nothing extraordinary.
