In practice Ubuntu or Mint.
Generally there's no PC operating system that will let you fully focus on using rather than maintaining, however a reasonable desktop Linux (either of the two I mentioned) will reduce the load well below the load of maintaining a secure Windows install, especially with the difficulties of ensuring that telemetry and other spy services are turned off.

My favorite line from the article:

In retrospect, my installing Bitcoin Core on a Tumbleweed install wasn't the best idea.
