Society changes over time. The ability to work from home for white collar workers was long overdue. Heck the ability to work from another continent should be much more commonplace.
And yes, that will "hurt" the big, expensive places to live with people crammed in like sardines and over inflated demand for real estate. Sucks to be them, I guess.
Let people eat for less money.
Let them frequent businesses near their homes instead of the office.
Let them skip the commute. Roads will be clearer. Less pollution

WRONG. That accountant is still going to the cleaners, just near home rather than YOUR cleaners. They aren't going to restaurants anywhere whether you wish they would or not. Sending them back into the office isn't going to change that, it's only going to change where t
