eNPS Description
We make it easy to send Employee Net Promoter Score® surveys. You can send eNPS surveys by email or text message. Email surveys are not suitable for employees who are out in the field. We are the only company that offers SMS text surveys in addition to email surveys. Filter eNPS scores based on location, department, or manager. Send via email or text message. You can schedule surveys to be sent automatically every other month or quarterly. Surveys should be kept anonymous. A Net Promoter Score® for employees is a simple answer. It answers a simple question: Would you recommend working here to friends? The answers are scored on a scale from 0-10, with 10 being extremely probable and zero being extremely unlikely. Promoter is someone who scores 9 or 10. Scores of 6 or lower are considered detractors, while scores of 7 or 8 are considered neutral. We can send any group (or all of them, it's upto you!) Each employee will receive an anonymous eNPS survey at a time that you choose.
