Summary: My experience has been wonderful since the day i begin using Deferit i would highly recommend their service and continue to spread the word.

Positive: I love Deferit and how it allows you to pay what you owe back in a more stress free payment plan way. If you're having an issue with the payment date you can access the calendar to move back the date with no problem. I love the fact once you submit your bill its getting paid within 2 hours! This is definitely a hassle-free company that i would highly recommend

Negative: I don't have any Cons with Deferit just wish they were around sooner but its great i know about them now.

Summary: My experience is easy and quick the overall experience is just a beee3 and thankful to have something like this available.

Positive: It is a very helpful place to wing your bills in a time of need it’s very easy to maneuver and doesn’t make you feel like you won’t receive help.

Negative: It is nothing I do not like expect for the tip offerings sometimes I feel bad not to be able to help others with tipping.

Summary: Good experience I would definitely recommend to family and friends. There's no one you need to talk to.

Positive: Very quick and easy to upload documents. Bill are processed quick. Processing takes place immediately.

Negative: More money on what bills. Some bills can not be uploaded.

Summary: It is a great tool to make sure bills are paid on time. Super easy to use, and has helped my credit tremendously.

Positive: I have used Deferit now for 2 years. I am paid weekly at my job, in smaller increments than a bi weekly pay structure, so I don’t always have the total amount needed to pay a bill in one payment. This has helped me so much to break up bills and pay them weekly or bi weekly. It’s easy to change due dates and make it work with my pay schedule.

Negative: I would really like to be able to pay my car payment on the app, but it never allows me to pay it.

Summary: Overall I think Deferit is awesome and I would recommend to any of my friends and family. Appreciate the customer service.

Positive: I have never had any issues, I like the convenience of being able to split my bills when needed it helps out a lot.

Negative: I’m not very fond of the $14.99 fee monthly but it’s worth it to be able to split my bill.

Summary: My experienced I’ve had is wonderful! I hope more people use it in the future it is a blessing and gift all at one time.

Positive: Deferit has saved me on so many levels when it comes to paying my bills! They will work with you when your late they will work with you when your short! I love them I recommend this app to anyone having hard times.

Summary: My name is Nicole and my experience with Deferit has been amazing. If it wasn’t for this app, me and my kids wouldn’t be able to keep our utilities on every month. when I lost my job earlier this year I didn’t have a lot of money coming in and this app allowed me to keep my utilities on I don’t think this company will ever know what they’ve done for me. I recently became a widow, so everything is on me with three kids and I take care of mother with dementia and there’s been times where I received a disconnect notice to turn off my light and I use this app and I was able to save my lights from being turned off. I can also change the pay back date if funds are not available which for me is a life saver. I want you guys to know that what you created is awesome and I have referred many people to this app and you have helped them as well. Thank you.

Positive: Easy to use.
No fee for changing payback date.
Allows you have more then one account open at a time.

Negative: Monthly fee a little high.
Can’t see your balance on the home page.

Summary: Great I will keep using it, On time payments, it reminds you when it is your next payment, you can change the dates

Positive: This help me through a hard time and I appreciate the customer service and how fast it acts on paying and reminding you to pay.

Negative: I have no cons to this I haven’t had a problem yet

Positive: I discovered Deferit on an the app store and have used them many times to help me pay some bills. When my money has been tight. They usually pay the bills fast. The way you can move your payment does hell as well

Negative: How to contact customer service. It takes 3-5 days to get back with you. Which is not the best when you are in a pinch

Summary: Good resource when you need extra money for a bill. Also if a down payment is needed it's instantly given back once paid in full.

Positive: Quick response time for processing, very easy to navigate app. Comes in handy when you need it the most.

Negative: Fees are kind of stacked but are affordable for me.

Summary: I will use this when I need it! It helps the customer out if they are in a pinch! With all the uncertainty in the world you may need help! Download Deferit now!

Positive: The app is easy to use a turtle could do it!!! And it reports to credit report!!! Like who does that!!!

Negative: Nothing there is absolutely nothing wrong with this app yea you got to pay 15 bucks to use it but it helps out a ton

Summary: Deferit is a great tool when you’re needing help but don’t have any. I’ve used it on my electricity bill and it has saved me from disconnection.

Positive: •Helps with bills
•Decision made on whether a bill is able to be paid or not is made fairly quickly
•Doesn’t take too much hassle to add required documents
•Flexible payment dates if unable to pay

Negative: •More important bills don’t qualify (for me at least.. ie rent, car payment)
•Balance hasn’t gone up anymore

Summary: My experience has been great. I have referred my friends to Deferit and will continue to use it myself.

Positive: I’m a single mom raising a special needs child. Im paycheck to paycheck every month. Deferit allows me to pay a portion my bills. I’m able to pay more bills and still have money for things like medicine and groceries.

Negative: No cons for me. I love using Deferit. I do wish that I knew when checks were being sent

Summary: Great communication & help resolving my issue. Every time I need help with extending my due date they always help. Deferit is a great service for people that’s not able to pay their whole bill at once.

Positive: The payment plan is great and you can reach out to customer service if you need to extend your time to pay.

Negative: When my payment was due it was too late for me to ask for extension.

Summary: Great! Definitely will continue with them if need be .. hundred to bill can go along way, approved just less than a hour.

Positive: My electric bill was a little, and I needed and extra hundred before they would shut it off… by grace God I was able to stumble across this.. I’m so thankful it helped.. definitely recommend if anyone is in need will a bill, electric, phone etc.

Negative: I don’t think is any cons in my opinion.. definitely needs more stars.
