Summary: I’ve had an easy time using the app and it’s self explanatory so no issues with knowing what is going on. Definitely recommend this to friends and family

Positive: It’s extremely helpful to pay those bills that feel overwhelming to pay all at once. Very easy to use and overall extremely happy with this app!!

Negative: Sometimes it takes a little bit to take the payment out of your account.

Summary: Overall experience is 10+ because it's a very useful app with real benefits. Their customer services helps when you have a problem you just need to have some patience for them. A great service that I would recommend to anyone to use!

Positive: The pros that I like is having the ability to spilt up bill payments into 4. It really helps get from week to week. I also love the option to have them negotiate bills on your behalf to have them lowered or at least pay the best possible price for those bill.

Negative: What I don't like about Deferit is that I would like to use this app to pay bills like Bridge Crest which is for my car note, or even an option to pay my rent as well.. currently because the way we have to submit the bills its not supported. Maybe it's because not enough information is provided but I'm not sure. I also don't like how on some bills they have to send out a check for payment. Although those bills have and accept credit card or online payments.

Summary: It is an amazing thing to have if you’re unable to pay bills on the due date, Or want to save extra money

Positive: I like the fact that I can pay my bill in 4 . It has been the greatest decision the creator has made for help g people like me.

Negative: The subscription fee and the turnover time for the biller to be notified

Positive: I love that I can split my bills in four payments it helps make them more affordable that way. I’ve used this for water, gas, electric and cable bills before.

Negative: The only con is probably waiting on the bill to be paid and not being able to push back the payment a pay cycle if needed it’s a strict date you have to pay it back.

Positive: What can I say, where do I begin with Deferit. Using this tool to break up bill payments in increments of 4, with it still working towards my credit has been nothing short of amazing. A true game changer to us individuals that my may not have all the bill money at once for larger bills. Deferit has saved this household from lights and water being cut off more than once due to economic struggles. Please, anyone that may struggle with bill payments, in any form or fashion, use deferit! This is the best tool for any family with major house hold bills! Negative: Sometimes it can take a while before the bill can be paid if you are requesting to get it paid same day.

Summary: Very happy with my experience and can’t wait to reach a higher limit. I appreciate the responses being so quick when I submit a bill.

Positive: Starting out with a limit of 300 is really nice and it counts towards rent. I have been saved several times by this app. I also have the ability to change due dates if necessary which is helpful in times of need.

Negative: I just would like to see some kind of tracking for checks that are sent.

Summary: Very pleased with this app. Deferit has really saved me when i was down and out. I could always turn to Deferit and get my issues solved and paid. If i needed to push the date back a week or two it wasn't a problem. They have much respect and trust.

Negative: There is no Cons on my end . I have beed pleased with the use of Deferit. I have not had and problems with them but one and it wad resolved in a timely matter.

Positive: I couldn't believe it when I first tried it and I have been using this for a year now. As a single parent this is truly a life saver. It helps me manage my bills and can ensure that the lights are on and the phones stay on as well. I have told so many of my friends about it and they love it.

Negative: There aren't any cons to the app or their program. It's very straightforward and they are really great about communicating if you have a problem.

Positive: I like deferit because it allows me to have a little money left in my purse after paying bills. It allows you to feel like you can actually enjoy life and not live paycheck to paycheck. I also like them because they have helped my credit score increase. Deferit also has allowed me to grow my credit with them. I started off with a little credit and it increased pretty fast , which helped out a lot. Thank you for this app and the better quality of life it provides for me.

Negative: The only thing I do not like is the uploading of bills sometimes. It won't upload or it takes a while to upload. Other than that , I am satisfied with Deferit.

Summary: Came across this App as a way to pay utility bills, my back against the wall to pay an utility bill That was facing shut off. I was pleasantly surprised that it will pay your bill in installments. At a time like this where inflation keeps rising and the value of money is remaining the same, even less this app is a gem.

Positive: Pays utility bill in 4 biweekly payments. Initial payments to utility company takes less than a day to process. Less than $20 /month subscription. You have the ability to pay for more than one bill, overtime your limit to use increases.

Negative: Nothing, the app is straightforward and automated. I have not ran into an issue yet with the app

Summary: Easy to use app, just upload my bill and it is taken care of in just a few hours. Have not had any issues yet.

Positive: Pays my bills quickly without problem, easy to use app. Flexible with payment schedules and able to reschedule.

Negative: I haven't had any problem with them and have used them quite a bit.

Summary: Fast bill payment and positive customer service. I’ve only had to call once but they fixed the situation fast. No issues so far.

Positive: I’ve had positive results and my credit limit has gone up with this company. I’ve been using them for a year and have no complaints.

Negative: The fee! I’m not a fan of fees and it’s not a huge fee, but that’s the only con so far

Summary: Overall using deferit has been a lifesaver for my bills and for my credit. The extra time you get to pay bills as well if the standard 6 weeks doesn’t work is also a lifesaver because your credit won’t be touched!!!

Positive: This app over the last couple of years has helped me so much, from splitting my payments to changing my date, and finally to helping my credit. If you were ever undecided about this app don’t be! Give it a chance and I guarantee you won’t be disappointed
