Summary: To have this ability where Deferit takes the bill and pays it in 4 is extremely helpful. Then all I need to do is make sure the money is available every two weeks.

Positive: I like this option of making bi-weekly payments towards bills. It is really easy to upload the bill and Deferit does the rest!

Negative: It takes a while to get increases in your limit! There is no customer service number (I’ve never had to use customer service personally) but that’s the only downside.

Summary: 5 stars!!!!!!!!!!!! My overall experience with Deferit is Number One. It is a comfort toe to know that my utility bills are paid and I only to make four payments to Deferit. I don't know of any other companies that will do this and surely not the utility companies themselves.

Positive: Deferit is an awesome app! I have been using it for about 4-6 months and have recommended it to others. I had once instance that a bill did not get paid due to their higher than normal business. I contacted them and they immediately took care of the issue. The staff is very pleasant and friendly to deal with!

Negative: I have no complaints. The customer service is very friendly. The monthly fee is reasonable and I understand it is a necessary fee.

They will work with you They follow up with you as well. Also they don’t try to make you commit to anything. Or oversell anything or try add other services that will not be useful to the individual. Also, don’t get pressured to stay subscribed after you pay off your bill. You can always come back and re/subscribe as you need. Now, I am not one to write reviews. Certainly not connected to the company. Not part of a promotion, I did get an email about a chance to win a raffle. I don’t really get into tat stuff since I never win lol. Anyway, I been planning to take time out after being impressed with courtesy I received each time I reached out. I should write review for apps like this. There aren’t many. I like some other cash advance apps but even they push additional, unnecessary services. For this agency, they seem to truly want to establish a connection with their customers. With goals on focusing things you really need. Now, it’s not like pushing they are selfless and all that hoopla. They’ll get something in return. You can see how they sustain because their bringing something new to the table. Again, that is helping you with essentials, such as; utilities, rent and I believe car registrations. Not loans. That is actually smart they offer to get you out of debt not add to it. Also, I have not read reviews till after writing this. I had to come back to fix typos. I want to add I believe these are legit reviews. They are consistent and specific qualities being pointed out. Let me be clear, I am a skeptical purchaser. I truly was impressed enough to stop and write a review. In a selfish way, kind of wonder if more people catch on, if Deferit will get too big and change. I know selfish but it’s hidden gem 😊

Negative: I have not experience cons. If anything, at first, would’ve liked if applied to more stuff. Like car loan. Right now, I believe they do only for rent and utilities. However, I actually think this makes more now. This way they can help you more with essential. Like, efficiently break down larger, bills for essentials versus stuff you want.
