Summary: Great app, great service! I have only had one issue and customer service was very efficient and solved my issue quickly!

Positive: Customer service is quick and solved my problem without any issues. If I am short on a bill, I love that I can take some extra time to pay it! I also love that I can change the date to allow extra time if needed!

Negative: None, it’s a great service! Well worth the monthly fee!

Negative: There are no cons I am completely happy for everything they have to offer. The payments are really affordable. They help me so much.

Positive: I have been a customer to Deferit, and it helps me a lot, i want to give a shout out for Veronica 👌👌👌for helping me resolved my payment issue, she is great on giving me solution on my situation and she made it happened, after all of my payment resolutions I will still recommend Deferit.

Negative: There's no customer representative for taking telephone calls. Other than that i love to use Deferit.

Summary: Absolutely love Deferit! This has kept me out of getting lots of my bills from falling to much behind and or getting services shut off. Would recommend for anyone who is in dyer need of assistance with payments if you don’t have the amount in full right away.

Positive: Allows you to make installment payments when you don’t have all the funds right away. So with that I absolutely love this service.

Negative: Customer service getting back to late, need someone who can help within moments and not days later.

Summary: It has been an amazing experience and I like that it helps people be able to get their bills paid and you can pay back in small payments!

Positive: The site is easy to navigate, It is easy to make payments, you can pay back in affordable payments. It is easy to get in touch with customer service they get back to you very quickly.

Negative: I wouldn't change anything. I haven't had any problems with the site. The only thing I think could be a little better is the fees. I would like it better if you could pay monthly.

Summary: Awesome.. Always comes in handy when your on a budget and need some help. Highly recommended to anyone that’s in need and on a budget to help keep your finances in check.

Positive: I like everything about this app. You just upload your documents and how much and leave the rest up to them. I’ve used it several times and never had any issues. They’re very helpful and understanding if you need a little more time.

Negative: None.. Everything is legit and I’ve never had any problems highly recommended.

Summary: It has been absolutely wonderful! It has kept all my utilities on and my phone. Just when I thought there was no hope this app has came through for me.

Positive: The let you adjust your payment date and work with you if you have any hardships. I would recommend to friends family and even co workers. This app is a life saver!

Summary: I can't stop praising Deferit. They helped me out when I needed it most to pay my utility bill a few months ago and I've been using them ever since. Low payments and due date flexibility is key these days for so many and they offer both. And their customer service team is so helpful. Thank you Deferit from the bottom of my heart

Summary: Overall I’m pleased with this service to help assist in ways others can’t. It’s very helpful and I recommend this to whomever may need this service.

Positive: I love the availability balance. I love the timing of having your bill paid within hours or even a short period of days depending on when paying. The subscription fee is reasonable. The customer service is super helpful and understanding.

Negative: More bill carriers but to have the main carriers, is good enough.

Summary: My experience has been nothing less than stellar. I have had no issues with Deferit. I would recommend to everyone.

Positive: Best thing that’s available in times like this. Extremely helpful. A product that should always be in business.

Negative: None. Monthly fee maybe a little too high. Other than that there is nothing else.

Summary: It's been a very good experience. There's flexibility with changing payment dates. And sometimes you're able to get a little increase, which is good to leave on file for emergencies.

Positive: Becoming a single income household with kids has been a struggle. Deferit allows me to free up some money paycheck to paycheck for basic necessities like groceries, diapers, etc. That keeps my family going. It's a blessing to say the least.

Negative: Sometimes it takes a long time to get a response now but you do get a response.

Summary: My overall experience is great with Deferit. There are very few issues that I have found with them.

Positive: I like how I can pay my bill overtime, and boost my credit with Deferit. The monthly fee isn't to bad either.

Negative: Speaking to a representative can be time consuming.

Summary: I have been dealing with Deferit for almost two years and I love it they pay my bills fast and the process is simple.

Positive: Bills paid in full on time saves money with the pay it in 4 installments payments made quickly to companies easy to upload bills.

Negative: I can honestly say that there is absolutely nothing I dislike about this business.

Summary: It is the best app out there for deferring your monthly bills and making it easier to budget for your monthly bills.

Positive: I love this app. It really helps me to be able to afford my bills. I can defer some of my payments and pay in installments which makes things easier on my budget. Being a single mom, it really helps to have more flexibility.
