    Summary: Overall, I believe everyone that need help in a pinch to pay their bills should try this app I promise you they will never be disappointed with the Customer Service. They’re very empathetic they understand even when you might need a little bit more time to make your payment they make that happen

    Positive: This app is truly a blessing, being a single parent with children, and sometimes your hours get short at work or your money, just don’t seem to stretch enough this app is awesome to help pay your bills you go from pain, one big electric bill, cell phone bill, or other bills to where they pay all for you upfront and then you make smaller payments. It is truly a godsend and a blessing to my family. And when you make all your payments to them on time, it reports to the credit bureau and that really helps your credit especially when your credit is not where it should be or bad. I love this app. Thank God every day for it.

    Negative: To be quite honest, there’s nothing about this app that I don’t like in my opinion there’s no cons just to help that you need, especially when you’re between a rock and a hard place.

    Summary: Excellent experience with customer service and the platform as a whole. I have had a very positive experience.

    Positive: Deferit is actually an excellent budgeting tool. It is mainly to be used for paying one’s essential bills, and they make sure that you are able to handle those bills responsibly before increasing your limit. In this way, they definitely aren’t encouraging Willy-nilly spending and making you think about what you can afford and what you need to pay. Also, they report to credit bureau and can negotiate bills. Win-win. If you do need time to pay an installment, you can always ask or push back a date.

    Negative: I wish there was a way to get more bills paid without having to send out a check—or a faster alternative. Some bills can be paid online, while others cannot.

    Deferit is a life saver!

    Summary: I count on Deferit to pay my most essential bills! I honestly don’t know what I would do without during these hard times. My husband and I have been having financial hardships and Deferit has helped us survive.

    Positive: I have been using Deferit to pay my bills for the past two years. I mostly pay my electric, water and cable/phone bills with it but have also used it for car insurance and others. What I like most about Deferit is it is so quick and easy to use. I use the app, to upload my bills and also see my payments. I screenshot my bill, upload it and that’s it! It is paid within the hour most of the time.

    My balance has increased several times so that I am able to use it more. Even when my payment method doesn’t go through they are good about communicating immediately and I can fix it. I am so thankful for Deferit for allowing me to pay my bills in smaller chunks making it more manageable. Each bill I upload is divided into 4 equal payments. I able to split the payments to align with my paychecks. It is completely worth the monthly fee.

    Negative: I would like my balance to increase more. Or have a feature to request a balance increase.
