Summary: This app has been a lifesaver.

Positive: Very flexible and easy to use. I would recommend this to anyone that has issues paying their bills on time.

Negative: Wish it allowed a anyone/anywhere option.

Summary: My experience has always been positive and tailored to my individual needs. There has never been a time that I felt I couldn’t reach out to them as they make you feel welcome and part of their family. They truly step in and show up for their customers.

Positive: Deferit has helped me get through some rough patches in life. Just when you think you have no where to turn and no means to do it, they step right in. The customer department also goes above and beyond your expectations and make you feel at ease in handling your needs.

Negative: I do not have any cons. They have always met my needs.

Summary: Excellent service has saved me completely. Knowing if i don’t have the full amount for a bill i may have forgot about and short on cash that i can still get it paid.

Positive: Great service relieves stress of paying bills in full if short on cash. I have been able to pay bills i may have forgot about and then able to split it.

Negative: Not being able to see what my spending balance is until i upload a bill and also not knowing when an i read is coming.

Summary: Great app overall. Has helped me out tremendously over the time will the price of bills now. Highly recommend.

Positive: Convenient for taking care of home bills instead of paying in full. One of my favorite apps to have.

Negative: Don’t think there’s really any down fall. App is helpful.

Positive: This helps pay many bills on pay in 4. I use it mostly for JEA, electric bill. It has been a great help.

Negative: Nothing it's easy I have no cons. It even allows you to move payment dates if needed.

Summary: Great overall experience. Used for over a year. Highly recommend. Use it for phone and cell bills and mailed payments for others.

Positive: Allows me to split my bills over a 4 payment period and helps split up any larger bills. App works well as does website. Plus reports payments to credit bureaus so a win win.

Negative: Support can take a day or two but is responsive. Support is web based or email.

Negative: Some companies don’t accept them and don’t negotiate either.

Summary: Been using this for awhile. It helps me so much budget and clear bills. I recommend it to my family and friends.

Positive: The ease of use the quickness of bills getting paid. The price is awesome. I love that it reports on your credit as well.

Negative: Honestly don’t have any complains.. maybe add some more companies that work with it.

Summary: 10 out of 10 over all great company and easy to use. Plus when you do pay on time the money goes up of what you can spend.

Positive: This company is amazing. Very easy to get the bills paid and the monthly charge is pretty cheap. I have not had one issue with Deferit. Very friendly associates when you need help. Very understanding if you have to push a payment back they give you pretty decent time range.

Negative: Never had an issue with this company very happy. Easy.

Summary: Overall, I believe everyone that need help in a pinch to pay their bills should try this app I promise you they will never be disappointed with the Customer Service. They’re very empathetic they understand even when you might need a little bit more time to make your payment they make that happen

Positive: This app is truly a blessing, being a single parent with children, and sometimes your hours get short at work or your money, just don’t seem to stretch enough this app is awesome to help pay your bills you go from pain, one big electric bill, cell phone bill, or other bills to where they pay all for you upfront and then you make smaller payments. It is truly a godsend and a blessing to my family. And when you make all your payments to them on time, it reports to the credit bureau and that really helps your credit especially when your credit is not where it should be or bad. I love this app. Thank God every day for it.

Negative: To be quite honest, there’s nothing about this app that I don’t like in my opinion there’s no cons just to help that you need, especially when you’re between a rock and a hard place.

Summary: Great start to finish can’t believe it was sooooooo easy. Thank you for inventing this easy and helpful tool.

Positive: Easy to use great way to pay your bills in full but allows you to save some funds on the lump sum. Best ever.

Negative: It keeps making me pay 3 of my payments up front first to get the pay in 4 option.

Summary: Excellent experience with customer service and the platform as a whole. I have had a very positive experience.

Positive: Deferit is actually an excellent budgeting tool. It is mainly to be used for paying one’s essential bills, and they make sure that you are able to handle those bills responsibly before increasing your limit. In this way, they definitely aren’t encouraging Willy-nilly spending and making you think about what you can afford and what you need to pay. Also, they report to credit bureau and can negotiate bills. Win-win. If you do need time to pay an installment, you can always ask or push back a date.

Negative: I wish there was a way to get more bills paid without having to send out a check—or a faster alternative. Some bills can be paid online, while others cannot.

Summary: Best app on this category, ever, best customer service, referral rewards, don't stress your self out if you can't afford to pay your gas, water, gas in full, pay it trough Deferit in 4 payments and enjoy life.

Positive: The fact that I am able to break down the payment in 4 and the best part avoid your service to be disconnected, this inflation make hard to pay in full, all the expenses on time, thanks good i found Deferit.

Negative: I started when the service fee was $7.99 now is $14.99 hope this price stay locked for good amount of time.

Summary: I count on Deferit to pay my most essential bills! I honestly don’t know what I would do without during these hard times. My husband and I have been having financial hardships and Deferit has helped us survive.

Positive: I have been using Deferit to pay my bills for the past two years. I mostly pay my electric, water and cable/phone bills with it but have also used it for car insurance and others. What I like most about Deferit is it is so quick and easy to use. I use the app, to upload my bills and also see my payments. I screenshot my bill, upload it and that’s it! It is paid within the hour most of the time.

My balance has increased several times so that I am able to use it more. Even when my payment method doesn’t go through they are good about communicating immediately and I can fix it. I am so thankful for Deferit for allowing me to pay my bills in smaller chunks making it more manageable. Each bill I upload is divided into 4 equal payments. I able to split the payments to align with my paychecks. It is completely worth the monthly fee.

Negative: I would like my balance to increase more. Or have a feature to request a balance increase.

Summary: I love the concept to assist customers with staying on top of your bills. That way you don’t have to worry about extended dates.

Positive: This give you a great relief to have your bill paid in full and not to have to make payment arrangements.
This keeps your bill manageable.

Negative: No cons for me. This is app is perfect for your home monthly bills to keep you caught up and current with lower payments.
