Summary: Zoho CRM has been a high value platform for us, mainly because there are times when real estate companies are very important that we can manage each of the property negotiations for other clients, so that those clients do not activate me to buy another property elsewhere, this platform It allows us to capture those clients, offer them various discounts, offer better rates compared to the value of the property and much more. I was really satisfied with the results obtained by this platform, we currently use many Zoho services to be able to expand the effectiveness of our company, it is important to highlight that this CRM system has had compatibility and integration with all the Zoho services that we use in our company. This platform really allows us to keep a database corresponding to each of the clients who agree to negotiate with us, it allows us to record all my contact information so that we never lose track of the Client, it allows us to manage the sale process, It allows us to manage the review process, so that these sales agents can approve a deal after having properly reviewed it.
Positive: Zoho CRM is too complete a platform when it comes to customer service to manage all kinds of deals, this platform offers advanced features to manage a negotiation with a specific customer or with a group of customers, this platform allows you to create sales processes , processing rules, managing leads, and much more. Next, I will mention the positive things that this platform has.
1.- One of the main positive things that this platform has is that it is capable of attracting potential clients, depending on the client's activity and the interest that our services have, the platform has an automation to capture these potential clients and register them within the platform, in this way you will be able to identify who will finalize the agreements and be able to carry out a much closer follow-up with the contact information. I love this feature mainly because it is able to capture customers who are interested in closing a deal with us.
2.- Another of the very important functions within this platform is that it offers me a Contacts management function, this function is very important mainly because it offers me detailed information on each of the clients, it offers me a panel where I can register real-time information about each of the clients, I can connect with them through various channels and establish a much stronger relationship. I love this feature mainly because I can record all the contact mechanisms a customer has, so I can connect with them in different ways and never lose communication.
3.- The third thing that I love about this platform is that I can create a workflow automation, I can manage all kinds of requirements with a potential client in an automated way, I can perform tasks quickly through workflows, depending of the interaction they have with customers and the updating of contact data, each requirement is carried out in various actions in an automated manner by the platform. This feature is very important when we have a lot of ongoing trades, this way the actions will be processed and the workflow will be done in an automated way when configured correctly. This function helps us a lot to save our manual work.
4.- The fourth thing that I have loved about this platform is that they have integrated the Canvas system to have a much more optimal design in the contact information. The implementation that they have done recently has been quite beneficial for me, since I can modify the general style of the platform to suit my needs, it is a fairly simple editor that allows you to drag and drop all kinds of objects, as well as you can insert new texts to modify the platform to your liking. I absolutely love this implementation, I am currently using it to improve the design of Zoho CRM.
5.- Another of the things that I love about this platform is that it provides me with statistical information to be able to correctly analyze the behavior that the negotiations are having during a specific period of time. For example, I can see how the sales have been in the past month, see how many sales have been made carefully and how many deals have not been completed. This analysis is very beneficial for me and allows me to broadly view the progress of each of the sales. Finally, I must mention that I loved the way in which Zoho CRM allows me to visualize the data obtained in real time, I can have a specific analysis of the progress of each one of the sales, in addition, I can take actions thanks to the operation in real time of sales performance, this monitoring is really good and beneficial for me and my company.
Negative: The Zoho CRM system in general It works wonderfully, its way of offering me a great quality when it comes to serving customers and retaining sales is really incredible, however not everything is perfect in this platform, one of the main things that The negative borderline about this platform is that the artificial intelligence system that it offered me did not work properly. This CRM system offered me an artificial intelligence that would provide me with advanced predictions of potential customers, it was only enough to ask the artificial intelligence and in an automated way the software would make an analysis and a corresponding prediction, however this function is not fulfilled correctly , at the time of asking the artificial intelligence to do that for me, that command simply did not execute correctly, it did not generate any type of request that you are going to give me and there could be no advanced analysis of the data collected from sales. In order to obtain the predictions promised by the platform, I had to make the request manually, the artificial CRM system does not work correctly and this is one of the main things that has to be improved within this platform, in order to obtain a much more enjoyable experience. complete and that the artificial intelligence system to the thing in an automated way to save time.

Positive: the setting it up is no rocket science. Installing and setting up the process is very straightforward. It is user-friendly, the system is not complicated it's perfect with a stat-up business that doesn't have much experience with automation plus there's a video tutorial for ways to customize its usage and functionalities. Very flexible as it allows you to work with all kinds of businesses.
Negative: The free and budget version has limited usage no free trial for all its user. If you want to take advantage of Zoho's full capacity you need to buy the full version. Long waiting time for customer care or technical support. It has a different price which is good for beginners but to get the maximum potential of Zoho you need to purchase the Ultimate package which is already the same price as the other popular automation.
