Summary: While testing out Zoho, I was a fan. It's definitely more affordable than other CRMs but it doesn't have as many functions as others. Still a great option.
Positive: Being in real estate - CRMs are how we run our business. Zoho is relatively simple to learn and a great way to stay organized with all of your contacts. The pricing is fair too.
Negative: It could be a little more user friendly and attractive, but it is still a great program.

Positive: My Sales team loving this software. Its easy panel helps the leads to organize systematically. Automatic notifications for call/sms helps the sales team to coordinate with the prospects on time and convert into leads. Overall report helps in taking decisions.

Summary: Like I said earlier overall the system if good but there is room for improvement in certain areas within the system.
Positive: Overall it's a very good CRM system, which has many useful features however, there are are areas which could be improved in the system. The notifications on each event is a good feature.
Negative: Sometimes unable to import or export leads as the file becomes corrupt, also e-mails that are generated via Zoho gets listed as spam by mail filters

Summary: Well connected with other software and download the reports in less time. Sync all the enquiries, their distribution, their status helps the management to take the necessary decisions, and systematically arrangement of data helps in coordination within the teams.
Positive: Zoho in its brand also launched Zoho CRM for managing the leads, enquiries and sales in better manner. Its interface helps the exeecutive to distribute the leads among the team and hierchies to help to coordinate further. Negative: Offline version requested as internet is mandatory to sync the data.

Summary: Overall, a single stop for my executives to contact and follow up with the clients. It integrate with my existing channel of communication and automatic records the data related to my sale. Its sms system will notify the clients about latest update. Its funnel system pop up the latest follow ups of the day. Its also works on mobile and helps the executives to connect with the clients on the go.
Positive: From the zoho group, Zoho CRM is the best part as it involved in management of Prospects, Leads & Inquiries. Its system divide the hierarchy in multiple formats which is easy to track and follow up. For my clients i am able to send the initial quotation and taken regular followup till the inquiry converted into Customer or rejected. Good Platform and little training is required to use.
Negative: The Payment integration is difficult and chargeable. Payment from some vendors / partners yet to be integrated.

Negative: It's purely depend on the internet. When the network is not there or very low speed, the sync has the problem. Sometimes it take time to load the data.

3. Through the marketing automation system, it allows us to further enhance commercial campaigns and capture potential customers, together with the construction of efficient databases, with good distribution.
4. Zoho also counts perfectly as a leadership tool, where communication and distribution of work is possible, qualification of leads necessary to boost our sales, as well as the management of campaigns, surveys and tasks. The possibilities of exercising good labor administration and study of each element are really wide in order not to miss any detail and always be aware of how labor integrations, brand exposure and service expansion are being carried out to obtain better sales.
5. It has great customer support, it's quite a dense tool with millions of features and sometimes it's hard to figure out how to make something work, customer support is always bold and attentive to help us solve different problems.

We find ourselves with a fairly dense and complex tool, but even so, it provides flexibility in its use, it provides immediate access through the cell phone and real-time notifications, which is excellent, and it quickly attends to any circumstance that arises.Negative: It presents a fairly high learning curve, even with all the recommended documentation it is not possible to achieve from the beginning the proper way to make each of the tools work, fortunately we have customer support that is always attentive to solve any problem, however, it is a bit complicated to manage each of the tools properly. In this way, its interface is quite dense and complicated to handle, but even so, I get that it is comfortable and quite complete, highly customizable and without a doubt Zoho did not miss a thing when placing each essential tool on the platform. . According to my perspective, the communication system needs greater solidity in its platform, it presents a little delay when receiving messages and calls from our clients. I would like it if the customization of forms and reports could be extended, something more interactive so that the work is better presented and with a greater range of customization. I think that it would be a much more powerful CRM if it had better integrations that allow us to track the path of our clients on the website, which would be quite useful to know what they recognize first, what their priorities are and what are the real disadvantages of the website. It would be a great CRM weapon. We have been using other Zoho products, which undoubtedly represents great value, but we present failures when managing this, because the synchronization is not entirely effective and many times information that we register in one of its products, it is not read properly in another to which we synchronize and ends up being a total waste of time, effort and work, ruining meetings, storage in databases or the general flow of commercial management, it is a problem that undoubtedly needs immediate solutions.

Summary: If you are already using Zoho then go for it, but not a user friendly out of the box solution for a CRM.
Positive: You can customize the solution to your needs, but you need a dev or tech team to help you out. If you are using other Zoho products this will work well with them.
Negative: This will take some development work to use, and the customer support is lacking.

Summary: Overall this service is not sufficient for my purposes, but is likely useful for those selling products.
Positive: Software was free which was a pro, however the free plan had quite a fair number of limitations which decreased its effectiveness.
Negative: The design of the software wasn’t ideal for CPA Firms or any service firm for that matter.

Summary: For the price, ease of use and flexibility I would give it a shot. However if you are the type of person who needs a helping hand you probably better of choosing another platform.
Positive: Ease of use. The platform offers different avenues for doing the same thing, some are for basic users, some for people with higher demands.
Negative: If you need assistance from customer service you better be seated. It takes a while to get responses, if you get responses. Apparently this is on other reviews too.

Summary: Zoho CRM is a good software with amazing ease-of-use for a company and training new hires. I personally just dislike the UI and wish it looked different, the UI is the main reason I no longer use Zoho CRM.
Positive: I love the ease-of-use when communicating with customers and retailers through email. I also love the information on each customer and/or retailer this goes along with ease-of-use when reviewing accounts and past contacts. Support was great, easy to contact and easy to get a solution!
Negative: I hate the UI. I just don't like this software's look. It is only a personal preference and think that this software could look a lot better.
