Summary: Compressed an entire folder full of pitch decks before sending them off to potential investors last week. The files all came out great and were readable, and I didn’t have to worry about bounced emails because of file size. It compressed complex graphics and charts without pixelating them, which was exactly what I needed for my presentation.

Positive: Compressed my presentation files from 18MB to below 2MB without losing any quality. This is great for when I need to send files via email that have a size limit, and it only takes a few seconds per file.

Negative: It would be great if there were a batch compression feature that would allow me to throw multiple files at once, rather than having to do them one by one.

Summary: I had an old contract that I had password protected years ago and forgotten the password to. Since I had it saved in my password manager, I was able to unlock it using this tool.

Positive: Password removal tool allowed me to unlock a protected file that I had forgotten the password to (my own file with saved password).

Negative: Security verification could be more robust to ensure that it is not misused – although I appreciate the fact that convenience and security are a tricky balance to strike for this functionality.

Summary: I had to create a simple one-page handout for a workshop. The create PDF tool allowed me to place text and an image without needing design software.

Positive: The PDF creation tool allowed me to create a simple document with text and images from scratch. The layout controls were sufficient for simple formatting. The export quality was high and the file opened properly everywhere.

Negative: The choices of templates are limited – starting with a blank slate is okay, but having some templates for common document types would really speed up the process of creating a document.

Summary: I photograph all my business receipts and needed them in one PDF for reimbursement. zen docs combined them quickly and the quality was good enough for accounting to process. Only hiccup was making sure photos uploaded in the right order.

Positive: Converted multiple receipt photos to a single PDF for expense reporting. Image quality remained clear and readable. Batch processing handled 15 images without issues.

Negative: Image ordering in the final PDF followed upload sequence but no preview before finalizing meant I had to redo it once when photos uploaded out of order.

Summary: I needed to send a pitch deck but didn't want recipients editing it. The PPTX to PDF converter preserved everything perfectly – animations obviously don't work but all the visual content came through clean. File looked professional and was ready to send immediately.

Positive: PowerPoint to PDF conversion maintained all slide formatting, images, and text alignment. File size remained reasonable after conversion. Processing was completed in under a minute for a 40-slide deck.

Negative: No options for selecting specific slides to convert – had to convert the entire presentation and then split the PDF afterward for partial sharing.

Summary: I had a 50-page report with blank pages and irrelevant sections that needed removing. The delete tool let me select exactly what to cut and the process was instant. Cleaned up the document perfectly for distribution. Just wish there was a clearer undo option in case of mistakes.

Positive: Delete pages tool removed unnecessary blank pages and appendices from a report efficiently. Selection process was clear and changes were immediate. Final document was exactly what I needed.

Negative: Undo function isn't obvious if you accidentally select wrong pages – would appreciate a more prominent confirmation or preview before finalizing deletions.

Summary: Was trying to send a presentation via email, but due to size, it kept bouncing. Compress feature on zendocs.com did the trick straight away. File went through and recipient said quality was fine. Super quick solution when in a rush.

Positive: Compressed PDF tool reduced 32MB to 9MB in approximately 20 seconds. Quality was lost, but not enough to prevent sharing via email. No file upload limits were experienced with this process.

Negative: Compression level options could be better described; did not know what the effect of each setting was until I had to experiment.

Summary: I was required to fill out the vendor registration form, but it was in a pdf format. Instead of using the conventional method of printing it out and filling it out, I decided to put the formfill tool to good use and fill out the form electronically.

Positive: The fill form feature allowed me to fill out the form directly in the browser, where field detection was done automatically. The input of text was also smooth. The form was ready for submission.

Negative: A few of the custom form elements were not automatically recognized and required clicking to activate, which added one or two more actions to the process.

Summary: I scanned a 40-page document, but half of it had been scanned upside down and out of order. Zendocs enabled me to correct the problem in about five minutes. I had no problem rotating the image and arranging the documents correctly after becoming familiar with the interface. Much more convenient than re-scanning the documents!

Positive: Tools for rotating and reordering pages enabled a badly scanned document to be quickly straightened out. Drag and drop functionality of the interface had made it easy to reorder pages. Changes were immediately implemented without having to re-upload.

Negative: Bulk rotation options could be more accessible – had to rotation pages individually first before discovering the option to do multiple at once, which was buried within the menus.

Summary: I had to create a portfolio pdf out of 20 images of the product. ZenDocs did that for me perfectly in no time. It kept the quality of the images perfect as well as the output pdf that was created automatically by ZenDocs. Could have asked for some manual changes in choosing the layout since it did that perfectly by itself!

Positive: The Image to PDF converter supported JPG and PNG images without losing quality. It combined multiple images into one document with uniform formatting. It worked swiftly with images of high resolution too.

Negative: Limitations in the layout options available for the image positioning within the PDF file – while the auto-formatting works well, some control over the spacing would have been helpful.

Summary: I had client financial data that I need to secure before storing on shared cloud storage. The password protect tool is great and easy to use. File works wonderfully and asks for password before opening. Simple security tool when you need it

Positive: It has a password protection feature, which protected a confidential document using encryption. It is user-friendly, as it provides guidelines on generating a password. The document remains fully functional after protection.

Negative: No option to set different levels for permissions such as read-only and printing restrictions; just a full password lock, which could potentially cause problems for some users.

Summary: I sign several contracts per week and this service simplified the entire process. Instead of having to print it out, sign the document, and scan the signed document back to the sender, I just had to upload the document and send it back. The clients had no problems accepting the returned documents. It definitely saved me time and paper.

Positive: Electronic signature solution is absolutely useful for signing vendor contracts. Simple interface with convenient placement of signature and date fields on the page. Final document is of good quality, accepted without objections by all parties.

Negative: Could use a bit of customization regarding signature display, such as options for varying the signature style or font.

Summary: I needed to add some notes in a client's brief before forwarding it to my team. The edit feature allowed me to highlight the key sections and add comments directly within the browser. Super convenient and the changes saved correctly. Fonts didn't quite match, but not a deal-breaker for internal use.

Positive: This PDF editor allowed me to add text annotations and highlights directly in the browser. No download was required, hence it saved time. Changes were applied cleanly without distorting the original document layout.

Negative: Text editing has some limitations in font matching: the added text does not exactly match the original document's font, and this may be apparent in formal documents.

Summary: The problem was, I have a huge company document, but for this presentation, I only needed three pages. It took me only about two minutes to get these three pages from this software, and these pages were just perfect. There were no losses or discrepancies in format.

Positive: The PDF splitter was able to extract particular pages from a 200-page document. I wanted to extract particular pages, and I was able to do so. The output files were clear and required no further editing.

Negative: While navigating between several split operations might have been made simpler while dealing with multiple documents, in the case of individual tasks, it is completely efficient.

Summary: They gave me a contract in PDF that I needed to alter in Word. This conversion tool worked great on this document – formatting remained mostly in place, and a simple fix to a few spacing spots needed to be done manually by me. Significantly easier than having to re-type everything out manually.

Positive: Extracted data from a 15-page PDF contract into a Word document with the formatting intact. The tables, bullet points, and information were all extracted properly. It took less than a minute to process.

Negative: There were a few instances of spacing irregularities that had to be attended to manually after the translation, though nothing major that couldn't be remedied in a few minutes.
