XorceView Desktops, Dashboards and Reports were created to provide managers and agents with a real-time view of their current performance. You can view individual metrics to improve agent performance, or group content to improve coherence. Managers can drill down to the Agent level reporting. Designed for mobile agents/managers. Spectrum's XorceView software (Source-View), provides pinpoint reporting to help funnel critical content to an agent's or manager's desktop. Agents and managers have immediate access to the summary data they need in order to improve their performance. XorceView, a lightweight VPN-compatible desktop client, brings your agents into the call center. Remote agents can access data from multiple sources to increase their effectiveness even when they are not physically present in the office. Reports that are not overwhelming the Desktop but large enough to provide the information Agents need. XorceView can be run minimized, and simply POPUP to alert the supervisor or agent of an actionable item.
