Summary: The GUI allows for a great deal of customization. It is also extremely useful for new employees since 3D maps are available. The support team is extremely responsive and helpful when in need of assistance. In addition, the backend admin area of my office is now well organized.

Positive: It provides many useful metrics tracking features in addition to real-time insights. Management of space has improved markedly.

Negative: If I had to give WorkInSync a con, I'd say that the app freezes quite frequently.

Summary: It is extremely user-friendly and lets you monitor the lot in real-time. We can book a spot in advance. There is no waiting in line. In addition, it prevents overcrowding.

Positive: The parking space is already reserved for me, and I know its location, which relieves me of the stress of finding a parking spot. In addition, we only have to scan a code to enter or exit the facility. This makes it more convenient and safer for everyone.

Negative: It's perfect, nothing needs to be said! Highly recommended.

Summary: In terms of scheduling, attendance tracking, and employee management, WorkInSync is the best and most suitable option for me. In the few instances when I have needed help or guidance, support has been very helpful.

Positive: I like that it's robust, it has the features I need, and it's affordable.

The floor plan takes some time to load.

Summary: This app has made going to the office easy. I can book myself a desk and a meeting room whenever I want. And I can book my meals and parking space along with it. The team calendar lets me see who is coming to the office on which days. It is really easy to use. And it is very useful.

Positive: The interactive floor plan is an interesting feature. It shows the floor plans for each floor. Finding spaces has become easier.

Negative: Wayfinding feature can be made better. Other amenities can be shown on floor

Summary: I had heard of hot desking before. But by using this app, I understood how it really works. The app allows me to make last minute bookings. It shows me the available desks and I can pick it immediately and check in. That is convenient.

Positive: If someone doesn’t check in, the app releases the booked desk. Also, the concept of using interactive floor plans to find colleagues is a great idea. Keep it up.

Negative: Sometimes the floor plan takes too long to load. It will show that a desk is available, but when you try to book it, it will not let you do that.

Summary: When we decided to implement WorkInSync to onboard the hybrid work model, we were not very sure. Six months into using this app and I am glad we went with them. It is flexible and it is easy to use. And the features are so amazing. Desk booking, parking, meals, meeting rooms, open areas, and so much more gets managed easily. This is great.

Positive: The interactive floor plans really make it easy to see occupancy rate. Also, I can download workplace reports to show during our monthly meetings. These reports show office usage and yes, it is very helpful when you are trying to improve the workplace.

Negative: The floor plan glitches at times. Otherwise, it is a very good app.

Summary: I was surprised when I saw the feature list. The price that they are charging and the features that they are offering are just unbelievable. Desk booking, meeting rooms, parking management, sanitization, integrations and so much more. All of this without a hole in the pocket. Kudos to the team!

Positive: I wanted to avoid using spreadsheets to manage my workplace and this app provided me with the perfect solution. The functionality of the app is really amazing.

Negative: Sometimes there are minor glitches like the available desks don’t show, but it is very rare.

Summary: I am a little picky about sharing my desk with other people. Ever since our office opened, I was really bummed about sharing my desk. This app sorted it out because I can actually book my desk permanently. That is really amazing.

Positive: The find my colleague feature is pretty cool. I also really like the fact that I can book my parking space along with my desks.

Negative: It's not a multi lingual application. The floor map navigation could've been better.

The consolidated dashboard view is also very useful when trying to see who is working from where and which desks are available.

Negative: Most of the features are geared towards the mobile app. The desktop version is not that developed.

Summary: This product ticks all the boxes in my checklist for an effective hybrid workplace tool. Right from scheduling the employees to office resources, this product is an end to end solution.

Positive: Round the clock Customer support. Quick implementation, integration with current HRMS tool, and optimizing the real estate resulting into cost savings.

Negative: Multi Language support missing from the mobile app.

Summary: When my office opened, I was really worried about my safety. But thanks to WorkInSync, I do not really bother it much. The app doesn't let you enter the office premise without updating the vaccination status. It also asks a bunch of health -relates questions to ensure that I am healthy before coming to the office.

Positive: Some of the features of the product are quite nice. I love the Digipass feature. IT is so convenient to use.

Negative: There is no desktop version available currently for the product.

Summary: The decision to use WorkInSync’s desk booking solution was one of the best. It is easy to use and it is super cool. I can book my desks wherever I want a week prior. So, no more hunting for seats. And the find my colleague feature lets me sit beside my colleagues whenever I want to.

Positive: The desk booking solution also offers parking and meal management. Basically, my entire office day is sorted with this one app. Can’t be thankful enough.

Negative: I really hope that they launch the app in other languages as well.

Negative: The website could have been a bit more user friendly, which will make it easier for the users to understand the different features and learn about the product in detail.

Summary: Overall it is a 10/10 product for me as an employee. It is uncomplicated and easy-going. To be honest I am still searching for a con.

Positive: It is a one stop solution for any problem faced by people going to work, and easy to use.The best thing according to me was, the integration of the product with our existing was very easy and effortless.

Negative: I do not think there is any, so far my experience has been great.
