    Summary: 1. deskbird helps us save costs:
    - Cafeteria can prepare food according to next weeks schedulings
    - Despite growing employees we don't need more space and equipment
    - We don't need to clean and heat rooms that are not used a lot

    2. deskbird helps a lot motivating everyone to come to the office

    Positive: deskbird is so intentional about making everyone in our team interact on a daily bases. They nailed the (IMHO) core aspect of it: making it easy and fun to use. Thus, everyone uses it to book weeks in advance or on the day before.

    Negative: There are cheaper solutions, but we did not want to sacrifice on the user experience.... the best products are the ones being used.

    Summary: 10/10 for support, onboarding, product, and price. We've tested several competitors before deciding, but deskbird won above all: hands down, the most intuitive software on the market.

    Positive: I love how easy it is to use. The interface is very intuitive and designed with users in mind. In just a few clicks, deskbird organized my hybrid office. From booking rooms and desks to reviewing your office usage, with deskbird, every step is as easy as it gets!

    Negative: Nothing comes to mind - I think it's a great software!

    Summary: Out of tons of softwares/apps that we use for work — we would love for other solutions to be understood and actually put to use that easily.

    Positive: • Super easy in using — intuitiveness is top, and the experience itself is nice. Didn't have any unexpected lags or errors so far.
    • Booking in advance is a deal-breaker, help aligning the team on sprints
    • Integrated in our Teams workflow seamlessly indeed

    Negative: • Didn't figure out setting specific access for specific teams at first, but support team helped pretty quickly
