Summary: Overall it's a good platform for dental professionals wanting to streamline their communication with their customers.
Positive: Very helpful software to bring all your marketing into one platform and to allow calls on the go in their app.
Negative: Not much we dislike about it so far so good with our clients.

Summary: Unlike the two previous reviewers, mine is not "incentivized" by SourceForge and my clinic has a large-ish staff of intensive daily users. We know this product well. Weave service is useful. it is nice to have text and phone integrated into the practice management software (MacPractice), but the spotty phone service, lackluster support, lack of user interface for the auto attendant, rudimentary text app, and super small app interface are less than ideal.
Positive: Sending reminders using integrated contacts / scheduling data from our medical practice management software;
Caller ID populated from contacts in PMS;
One platform for phone, text, reminders, and fax.Negative: Spotty phone service;

No user programable administration of auto attendant - requires talking to support to tell you how your auto attendant is configured and to reprogram it;
SMS text app is very limited - uses only one inbox and can't organize multiple users into individual conversation threads (like ZipWhip or heyMarket);
Support has gotten much more difficult to contact and lower level support isn't that helpful;
Tiny desktop app interface!! Only as big as a typical cell phone screen; not sizable. Big limitation when using the app for many functions;
After using Weave for nearly a year, they've been totally unresponsive to product suggestions. -

Summary: Overall I would recommend Weave to doctors offices and dental businesses alike. They have payment options as well.
Positive: I like how the phone comes with everything as well. I was able to cancel my phone provider and save money with Weave.
Negative: There’s nothing about Weave that I didn’t like. Everything is A OK.
