Summary: Overall it is okay, if the product is tracked then it's fine. But that's not the case for many cases.

Positive: It has wide range of vendors / retailers like Samsung, credit apps, amazon etc.

There are some corporate specific offers too.

Negative: Tracking algorithms has to be improved and rewards % share can be increased.

Summary: Pathetic experience due to no customer support either at Vantage Circle or at Amazon side. Highly disappointed.

Positive: Vouchers for almost all brands are available. Easy access also available with simple features for everyone ease.

Negative: Bought amazon vouchers for rs 5000 ad they are invalid. There is no support from Vantage Circle nor from Amazon. What's the point of using your site?

Summary: As per my understanding it's very good ,we can purchase many things because it's providing access to many application. Like Myntra, Flipkart as so on.

Where You can redeem your Vantage Circle points easily.

Positive: It's redeemable for most of the application.
For online purchasing like Flipkart, Myntra, and so many other options we have on this.

Negative: According to me the points should be more so that employee can have more better purchasing power.

Summary: Overall good, only for gift cards. We should share the tracking summary as well, while sending the products. Not the physical devices as there is no tracking update. Ordered 2 packages and there is no tracking details in the app or the website, which is very annoying.

Positive: The gift cards part is good. I will only use Gift card. It was too quick in 2 minutes it was delivered. I will use this feature for sure.

Summary: From my experience, I can say the service is average. Not able to connect customer care and responsiveness is very slow.

Positive: Responsiveness is there for our query. Follow up is there if there is an issue. Proper handover to another team is there.

Negative: Not able to progress much and not getting solution. Every time I'm getting some different issue and not able to use my points.

Summary: Overall nice experience with it as once the user know how the point system work it is quite easy to have understanding of the use of these appreciation points.

Positive: Getting the appreciation by the team/ manager on the dashboard which can be converted into the vouchers for different kind of purchase is really good.

Negative: Starting fells difficult to get the meaning of the vantage points as if they are some kind of digital points or an actual redeemable points.

Summary: Not a useful experience and will not be able to take it again.
It is totally useless and it is not IT enabled or back supported.

Positive: I must say the rewards points are not well maintained. First i did not get my rewards which I opted for. It is debited and not processed. I am not trusting it again.

Negative: It is free points. Nothing special as company gives it or will not be taking it again.

Summary: No easy to understand to use. Any offers I try to apply have a lot of T&C. More effort than the reward I get eventually.

Positive: One place to collect all rewards awarded by my organization. Used only when I get any rewards.

Negative: Difficult to earn points while making purchases. to many unclear rules.

Summary: This third-party review site for business software improvement is motivational and good when there is usage of the same.

Positive: One thing i would like is the Vantage Circle APP is user friendly where it is easier to route to required areas in case of new user.

Also, the vouchers have been offered instead of products that could be helpful. Since the customers would not be interested in the products which are available under the points allocated, if it is in the form of gift card, it would be beneficial to the customer to redeem and select the best one from respective Entity's.

Negative: In case of Vantage points are not round figured, there would be balance left out which will not be helpful as there is nothing that can be redeemed for those points.

If there is any other way, it would be helpful.

Summary: It was good and gift cards are also of useful brands which are available. So, overall its good and recommended.

Positive: Easy to use and gift cards available are also of useful brands. So, overall it's good and recommend this to others if below issue is resolved.

Negative: My 1000 points are deducted from my account and still I didn't received my gift card. In touch with support team but no solution.

Summary: It’s good that we have this portal, makes it easier to view the points, redemption. User experience and support can be improved. Currently it’s average.

Positive: One portal to manage rewards.

Vouchers are emailed immediately which is good.

Negative: Complicated UI, navigation not very friendly.
Support doesn’t respond promptly.

Summary: Overall experience is awesome and the concept is really cool to appreciate teammate with reward points!

Negative: Lack of awareness of the portal for many employees, which leads to minimum usage.

Negative: No other codes can be applied when you are purchasing through this website also sometimes you don't get the points for the purchase.

Summary: Great, it was a great experience, clearly unexpected and pleasant, welcoming it for future project work as well.

Positive: It's a great initiative to encourage employees to perform and deliver, as we are getting monetary benefits with so many options.

Negative: What i believe can be improved is more options definitely where we can utilize these options.
